• Researching market price and affecting variables then setting incoming year service prices. Creatin, eveluating and implementing tactics plans fort he purpose of achieving target budgets.
• Consulting Group Companies, consolidating budget and investmens.

• Executing financial activities, bank relations, pricing, cost analising.
• Establishing short and long term budgeting and controlling process. Consolidating group company budget and financial tables.

• Creating datamarts for each department and consolidating produced data’s together with Accounting data’s on an autonomous SQL database.
• For these purpose, LOGO accounting systems data which are on SQL database, is linked to autonomous database together with other department data’s which are on Ms Access and Paradox databases. . Other departments’, like Human resource and Public Relation, database and programs will be projected by using Ms Access. Accounting structure and code systems are being redesigned available for QUERY design and planned OLAP QUERYs. Company data’s carry out from SQL database to created MULTIDIMENSIONAL databases and Query. This is the process of converting company data to information.

• Organizing and controlling the data-transfer between the textile fabrics in Ashgabat and Holding Center in Istanbul. Controlling the budgeting reports. Preparing consolidate budget of GAP Pazarlama.
• He was a member of the Satellite Data Transfer Project Team in The Holding . This project was aiming to establish a satellite base line between Holding Center in Istanbul and The producer textile companies in Ashgabat. (it’s failed unfortunately)
• He organized the IBM AS-400 based computer software selections for Procurement and marketing departments.
• He prepared and installed a Computer Program in Ashgabat (Turkmenbashi Jeans Complex) for recording and analyzing the activities in Warehouse and Trade departments.
• This Stock Control Program is prepared in MsAccess Database System. It is convenient with other database programs, bar-code and multi-user systems.
• Programming the feasibility project of New Home and Underwear complex in Ashgabat by Ms Excel.  

• Marketing Research by gathering data ( price, conditions...) from the suppliers in Belgium, Netherlands, St. Petersburg and Moscow which is based for offers and newsletters.
• Contact to the potential customers, organizing consecutive trips to customers. Organizing face-to-face appointments and making sales agreements.
• When shareholders capacity lover than demand, contacting the suppliers in Argentina, Spain or Italy and organizing Transit Trade.
• Organizing and controlling the shipment operation and customs procedure.
• He prepared and established Software for NT on ACCESS database. “This program record and follow up the sales based shipments, prepares auto reports”.
• Company sold 15.000 tons of citrus to the Moscow, Novosibirsk, St. Petersburg, Odesa, Prag, Amsterdam and Paris located companies in 1998, before the Russian Crisis. 

• Marketing Research, Segmenting The Market, Cost Analyzing and Pricing. Contacting to potential customers.
• Arranging systematic visits to customers and having sales orders. Informing them about seasonal changes, coming years fashions and also collecting market informations.
